Grass Fed Beef Gorgonzola Burger
Ingredients
- 1 lb of Free Raised® Grass Fed American Beef
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese We recommend Castello Crumbled Blue cheese
- 1 Tomato – sliced
- 1 cup fried onion strings
Instructions
- Mix all and divide into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan sauté until meat reaches desired internal temperature (3 to 5 minutes per side).
- Add toppings as desired
- Serve on your favorite bun and enjoy!
