Pork-Chops Cooking Instructions 6 (12oz)

Delicious seasoned grilled pork chop dinner with glazed green beans and carrots and roasted herbed potatoes. Shallow dof.

SEAR & ROAST:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high. Sear 1 minute per side and then roast in the oven 6-10 minutes per side (depending on portion size) or to desired internal temperature.

GRILL:
1. Lightly brush chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper or favorite herb.
2. Heat grill to medium-high.
3. Grill 7-10 minutes per side (depending on portion size) or to desired internal temperature.
