Steakhouse Overview
Peter Luger alumni Benjamin Prelvukaj and Arturo McCleod took a big bite out of midtown’s Dylan Hotal to found Benjamin Steakhouse: a modern, massive ode to classic steaks. Ambition and cuts come outsized in this expansive, two-tiered resto, with steaks and chops coming in at extra-thickness. It takes a talented chef to cook a thick steak right, and the kitchen staff at Benjamin just happen to be oozing with talent. Atmosphere is classically indulgent, with leather seating, oak panels, Corinthian columns, and a roaring fireplace.
