Steakhouse Overview
Located inside the Madison Hilton, Capitol Chophouse serves up steaks, chops, and seafood in a refined and classy setting. Offerings include Alaskan king crab legs, North Atlantic scallops in a creamy corn sauce, and an 18 oz. bone-in ribeye that can be paired with cabernet demi-glaze, truffle butter, or melted buttermilk blue cheese sauce. Unfortunately, Capitol suffers from the usual problem faced by hotel restaurants – sky-high prices attached to food that, while competently-made, doesn’t quite fit the bill.
