Steakhouse Overview
Unlike other steakhouses that can sometimes overwhelm even the biggest ribeye-lover with their beef-central menus, David Burke Prime Steakhouse complements its steaks with a selection of excellent non-beef dishes. These include pretzel-crusted crab cakes and green apple-infused lobster bisque. Their deliciousness is matched by David Burke’s steaks: Kentucky-sourced and dry-aged in a custom-built aging locker, tiled with Himalayan rock salt. An impressive wine list with a wide range of reds, and a host of delicious desserts (including house-made cotton candy and the restaurant’s famous “Can-o-Cake”, which, yes, is exactly what it sounds like) top off an impressive dining experience.
