The Omaha location of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar lives up to its name with a focus on USDA Prime steaks and over 100 wines, all of which can be ordered by the glass. The kitchen is open, so diners are immediately greeted by the smells and sounds of sizzling Prime steak. Fleming’s sears their cuts with a hot iron press, then broils them at 1600 F. The crab cakes, calamari, and Caesar salad are highly recommended by regular diners, while the molten chocolate lava cake provides a decadent dessert.
