Steakhouse Overview
With a wraparound stained-glass ceiling to the bar, ornate gilded frames lining the walls, and a series of old-west murals, III Forks has been described as the Titanic meets the Wild West. Steaks are front-and-center, with generous cuts and expert grilling on display. All steaks come with house-specialty sides of snap peas, creamed corn, duchess potatoes, and salad. Non-beef options include an excellent filet of salmon. For dessert, grab their bourbon-infused bread pudding.
