Something of an Omaha institution, The Drover is known for its upscale-rustic feel and its famous whiskey-soaked steaks. Steakhouse snobs might turn their noses up at the lack of USDA Prime certification – The Drover serves certified Angus beef, but does not guarantee a USDA rating – but the results speak for themselves, with wave after wave of satisfied customers. Sides are steakhouse standards, with loaded baked potatoes your best bet.
