Grilled beef filet mignon drizzled with thyme and black truffle extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients:
2 each USDA Prime Beef Filet Mignon
2 teaspoon Chicago Steak Company seasoning
1 each Btl: 750cl Extra Virgin Olive Oil, E.V.O.O.
2 Tablespoon Black Truffle peeling
1 oz. Fresh thyme

Preparation:
Wash and dry your fresh thyme add to E.V.O.O. and black truffle peeling shake bottle gently and set aside for 48 hours.

Season USDA Prime Filet Mignon on both sides with Chicago Steak seasoning

On a pre-heated grill set on high place your filet and cook 3 to 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 135 degrees F for medium rare [keep in mind that your filet will continue to cook and temperature will rise another 5-10 degrees while resting]. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve with your preferred fresh grilled vegetable and drizzle a little more with your incredible black truffle and thyme E.V.O.O. Enjoy and Bon Appetit.
