    Ingredients
    
                - 1/2 cup EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 8 oz Top Sirloin Steaks

                - Mix EVOO virgin oil, balsamic vinegar, worcesterhsire sauce, sea salt, black pepper and dijon mustard in a bowl
- Crush garlic cloves and mix into marinade
- Place top sirloin steaks in a plastic resealable bag, pour marinade over steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Prep grill by placing charcoals in a circle at the bottom and lighting them with a newspaper or small piece of wood
- Cover grill until coals reach 400-500 degrees
- Place steaks over the center of the coals for 3-4 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees
- Remove steaks from grill and let sit for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
