Crispy Angus Beef Flat Iron Steak and Blue Cheese Salad

You are having a neighborhood dinner at your house and just got home from a long day at work. All you need to do is prepare your vegetables the day before and grill your Premium Angus Beef Flat Iron steak at the last minute. Crisp deep fried onion rings will only add a subtle crunch and touch of sweetness. Enjoy and Bon Appetit.

  • 4 8 oz Flat Iron Steaks
  • 2 tbsp Chicago Steak Company Seasoning
  • 2 cups Blanched broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Blanched cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups Blanched baby carrots
  • 2 cups washed raw and cleaned sugar snaps
  • 3 cups Bleu cheese dressing
  • 12 Deep fried onion rings

  • 4 8 oz Flat Iron Steaks
  • 2 tbsp Chicago Steak Company Seasoning
  • 2 cups Blanched broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Blanched cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups Blanched baby carrots
  • 2 cups washed raw and cleaned sugar snaps
  • 3 cups Bleu cheese dressing
  • 12 Deep fried onion rings
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat grill to highest heat setting
  2. Season both sides of flat irons steaks with Chicago Steak seasoning
  3. Grill flat iron steaks for 2-3 minutes per side for medium rare or until internal temperature reaches 135° F
  4. Set steaks aside for 10 minutes and then slice to desired thickness
  5. Toss vegetables and your choice of bleu cheese dressing in a salad bowl
  6. Top off salad with deep fried onion rings and serve
