Succulent Surf & Turf Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8oz Gourmet Angus Steak Burgers
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 sticks butter
  • cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Thaw burgers and lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight in a non-drip pan
  • Season burger patties with your favorite seasoning
  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Place burgers on a non-stick oven-safe skillet, and reverse sear burgers in oven until they have reached an internal temperature of 165°F, or for about 25 minutes
  • While the burger patties are cooking, remove the shell and back fin with sharp kitchen sheers
  • Melt 2 sticks of butter in a medium sized pan
  • Poach the Lobster Tails in the butter, basking the tails in butter and flipping halfway through. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, or until red and tender
  • Toast brioche buns in a skillet and assemble burger with desired condiments: tomato slices, fried egg, cheese, avocado slices, burger patty, and lobster tail
